Automatic Bill Payment allows you to pay your bills automatically with your Discover card every month. You only need to contact your service providers once to set up Automatic Bill Payment. Once you enroll, your bills are paid automatically every month. You can sign up to have many of your bills paid automatically including:

- Wireless/home phone
- Cable/satellite TV
- Health clubs
- Insurance & more

Yes, it’s free. Discover does not charge a fee for Automatic Bill Payments. Most service providers also do not charge a fee, but be sure to verify when you set up your payments.
How do I sign up for Automatic Bill Payment?
You must contact your service providers directly to pay a bill with your Discover card. For a list of service providers consult our Biller Directory.
What if my biller isn't listed in the Biller Directory?
The Biller Directory provides contact information for many popular service provides. It is continually updated, but may not include all available billers. If your service provider isn't listed, contact them directly to find out if they accept Discover for automatic bill payment - and be sure to check back often for updates!
What information should I have available when setting up my payments?
You should have your service provider account information and your Discover card when setting up your payments.
When will my payments be processed automatically?
This depends on your service provider and the due date of your next payment. We recommend that you continue to make payments for each bill until your service provider confirms that they have started billing your Discover card automatically.
Will I still receive a bill after I sign up for Automatic Bill Payment?
Service providers typically continue to send a bill with the total amount they will charge to your Discover card. Some service providers may allow you to receive an online bill or no bill at all. Please check with your service provider directly to verify. Your Discover card monthly statement will provide you with a convenient detailed record of all charges.
How many billers can I have with Automatic Bill Payment?
There is no limit to the number bills that can be paid automatically with your Discover card, provided that the total charges do not exceed your credit limit.
What if my Discover card account number or expiration date changes?
If your Discover card account or expiration date changes, you should contact your service providers directly to update your account information. This will insure there is no interruption in the Automatic Bill Payment process.
